I specialise in crafting unforgettable event experiences that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence. From corporate events and brand activations to conferences, trades hows, and internal company events, I bring a strategic, design-led approach to every stage of the process.

With expertise in theme development, visual identity, event branding, experiential marketing, event collateral, stage design, and program creation, I’ve successfully built and scaled large-scale events from concept to execution.

A standout achievement is leading the creative direction for the Reward Gateway Summit, an event developed from scratch in 2021 into a globally recognised industry experience. Now hosted in London and Sydney, the Summit has welcomed up to 1,000 in-person attendees and an equally strong virtual audience, earning a reputation as the “HR equivalent of Glastonbury.” Notable speakers have included Louis Theroux, among others, reinforcing its position as a must-attend event in the sector.

I thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with marketing, production, video, animation, and design teams, as well as external agencies and high-profile speakers, to bring a brand’s vision to life. My focus is always on creating world-class, brand-aligned experiences that drive engagement and leave a lasting impact—evidenced by the Summit’s growth from 300 attendees to over 1,000 and social media reach in the tens of thousands.
