To elevate Team Jump’s market presence and align its brand with its mission, I led a full end-to-end rebrand, starting with exploratory workshops with the leadership team to uncover the business’s core values, vision, and personality. Insights from these sessions informed every aspect of the rebrand, including renaming the business to better reflect its purpose and refreshing the visual identity to create a cohesive, contemporary look across all touchpoints.

The result was a brand that not only resonated internally with employees but also positioned Jump more effectively with clients.
