RGER LIVE MELBOURNE: The Joy Factory

An immersive brand experience designed to launch and localise Reward Gateway | Edenred’s global Joy campaign in Australia, transforming a strategic brand platform into a tangible, multi-sensory event environment.

Delivered for 350 in-person attendees and a virtual audience of over 1,000, the experience translated the global Joy initiative into a cohesive physical and digital journey. Spanning spatial design, visual identity, messaging and interactive moments, the Joy Factory combined high-impact installations with carefully crafted touchpoints to create energy, connection and memorability at scale.

Executed within a fast-paced production timeline, the project brought together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless, integrated experience — bridging global brand strategy with local audience relevance across both live and virtual formats.
